 Hannah L. Fabrikant is an Associate Attorney, handling various civil and commercial litigation matters and bankruptcy actions. Ms. Fabrikant attended the University of Southern California where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002 in both Political Science and Cinema Television (film). Ms. Fabrikant received the Public Interest and Social Justice Fellowship in 2004 from Santa Clara University School of Law, and worked for The Legal Aide Society of New York, in their Juvenile Rights Division.
In 2005 she received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, and was admitted to the California bar in December 2005. Ms. Fabrikant has volunteered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, working on guardianship matters and in their temporary restraining order program. Ms. Fabrikant is admitted to practice in the California state courts and the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California.
