Mr. Gardner's practice emphasizes bankruptcy law, business litigation, and creditor's rights and remedies. He is presently a Director of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum, and formerly served as an editor and contributor to San Diego Lawyer Magazine. Mr. Gardner has been involved in numerous major bankruptcy cases representing creditors and Trustees.
Mr. Gardner received his law degree in 1992 from the University of California at Davis. During law school, he was an Executive Editor of the school's law review, and interned for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1988, graduating with honors and distinction.
Mr. Gardner is admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada, including the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts of those states.
