Ms. Rotenberg was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983 after graduating Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Ms. Rotenberg is the recipient of several prestigious rewards, including the Wall Street Journal Award, and the American Jurisprudence Award in Corporations, Evidence and Trusts. She served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Earl B. Gilliam in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California from 1983 - 1985.
Ms. Rotenberg is licensed to practice in the State Courts of California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Rotenberg was born in Antwerp Belgium and speaks fluent French.
