Rex B. Beatty is a Partner at Mulvaney, Kahan & Barry. Mr. Beatty attended the University of Idaho, graduating cum laude with his B.S. in 1975. Mr. Beatty then attended Washington State University where he received his M.B.A. in 1976, before graduating from the University of Arizona with his law degree in 1979. Mr. Beatty was admitted to the Arizona bar in 1979, the California bar in 1982, and the United States Tax Court in 1987. Mr. Beatty is also a Certified Public Accountant.
