Robert A. Linn is a Partner at Mulvaney, Kahan & Barry, practicing primarily in real estate, finance, business and business litigation, and common interest developments (homeowner associations). Mr. Linn received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1972, receiving high honors, and graduated from the University of California, Davis, with his law degree in 1978. Mr. Linn has served as President of the Del Mar/Solana Beach Rotary Club, and as a judge pro tem for the courts of San Diego. He served as a board member of a community planning advisory group to the City of San Diego for over six years, as a board member of the Torrey Pines Association (an organization that raises funds for and promotes awareness of the Torrey Pines State Reserve), and as a liaison to the Los Penasquitos Lagoon Foundation. Mr. Linn has been a business member of the Community Associations Institute for many years, and belongs to the real property section of the California Bar and the real estate, environmental and land use law, and the attorney/realtor sections of the San Diego Bar.
