 Stacy H. Rubin is an Associate Attorney, handling various civil and commercial litigation matters and bankruptcy actions. Ms. Rubin attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999 in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. In 2003, she received her J.D. from California Western School of Law and was admitted to the California bar in December of 2003. Ms. Rubin is admitted to practice in the California state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California. She has presented seminars in areas of debt collection, creditor's rights, credit reporting, statutory compliance, and identity theft. Ms. Rubin has published articles featured in the San Diego Daily Transcript (April 2007), the California Real Property Journal (Fall 2004) and has been an Adjunct Professor for the Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego.
