Ms. Kovalivker practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of financial institutions and related business entities.
Ms. Kovalivker graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in 2004. During law school Ms. Kovalivker was named to the Dean's List and was awarded the Academic Achievement Award for the highest grade in Legal Skills II, Legal Skills III, and Remedies. In 2004, she was awarded a Faculty Award, in recognition of her significant and positive contributions to the law school.
Ms. Kovalivker served as an Associate Writer and Editor for the California Western Law Review in 2002 and served on the Executive Board of the Law Review from 2003-2004 as the Associate Editor of Notes and Comments. While in law school, Ms. Kovalivker clerked for the San Diego Advocates for Social Justice.
Prior to law school, Ms. Kovalivker graduated from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies.
Ms. Kovalivker is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in California.
